In order to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that your experience at NuGrowth Salon is exquisite, please review and adhere to the policies below:
First-Time GuestsPrior to your first visit at NuGrowth Salon you are required to complete and submit our Hair Assessment Form at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm the appointment and receive the salon location information. Failure to complete and submit the Hair Assessment Form at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a "No Show" fee and appointment cancellation.
Payments / DepositsOur services are “by appointment only” which require first-time guests to reserve a credit/debit card on file prior to confirmation of the appointment. In addition, all services totaling $200 or greater require a prepaid non-refundable deposit. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of services, and the balance is due at the time of the appointment.
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are all acceptable forms of payment. On all debit/credit transactions over $200 a 5% convenience fee will be applied. Unfortunately, we do not accept paper checks at this time.
LatenessPlease call or text (240-343-5627) if you are going to be arriving late. If you are more than 15-minutes late for your scheduled appointment, a $25 Late Fee will be applied to the total cost of service. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for a future date.
For all hourly services, your appointment time will be charged from the beginning of the appointment regardless of arrival.
No ShowIf you do not show for a confirmed appointment you will be charged 100% of your service amount. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the No-Show Fee is received.
CancellationsPlease give us 48 hours advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost of services scheduled. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the Cancellation Fee is received.
Children & GuestsPlease notify us in advance if you would like to bring a guest or children with you to the appointment, as space is limited due to the intimate environment. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the appointment.
SatisfactionWe strive for your satisfaction and take pride in our work. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your services, please give us a call within 48 hours and we will make every effort to resolve your concerns to the best of our abilities as soon as possible. NuGrowth Salon does not offer refunds.
